Your whole second monitor,
on top of the game.
A Star Citizen overlay built out of widgets you place, size and stack wherever you want them. It reads your game log as you play — so it already knows the mission you're running and the blueprints you just earned.

It already knows
what you just earned.
Star Citizen writes every blueprint you receive into its own log. The overlay reads that as it happens, ticks the item off, and shows the reward pool of the mission you're actually running — with the real drop odds, not the flat numbers the data ships with.
checklistThe pool you're running
Every blueprint the tracked mission can drop, with what you still need leading and the ones you own tucked away.
percentOdds that mean something
Raw game data reports every entry at 100%. The overlay normalises it, then optionally recalculates against only the blueprints you're still missing.

Worth being straight about: the game never exposes your full blueprint library to the client, so the overlay records what it witnesses you receive. It can re-scan your old log backups to recover history, and anything it missed you can tick off by hand.
Nine widgets.
You decide where they go.
The overlay is one transparent canvas across your monitors. Drag a widget where you want it, pull its corner to size it, and drop one onto another to stack them as tabs in a shared frame. Close what you're not using and it costs you nothing.
Mining Assistant
drag_panArrange, then forget
Click-through while you play, interactive when you reach for it. Your layout persists across updates.
tabStack them as tabs
Party split and the mining assistant go hand in hand — drop one on the other and they share a frame without either losing its state.
format_sizeSized for your monitor
Every widget resizes as a box, with its own text-size control from 70% to 200% — readable at 1080p and at 4K.
dashboardOr skip the overlay entirely
Every widget is also a plain web page on localhost, so you can load it as an OBS browser source or on a second machine.
It reads the scan
and says the rock out loud.
Point at a deposit and the assistant matches the signature against the mineable table, names what you're looking at, and tells you if it's what you asked it to watch for. Then it counts your refinery jobs down and wakes you when they land.
radarSignature → rock
The scan number resolves to the deposit type, its rarity and the cluster size.
notifications_activeTarget alerts
Pick what you're hunting and it chimes, flashes and speaks only when that shows up.
timerRefinery countdowns
Every processing order tracked by work-order slot, surviving restarts, with an alarm on completion.
record_voice_overA voice that fits
Call-outs are spoken in a custom HAL-style voice built for the overlay, with your own alert tone if you prefer.
Reading the scan number means reading the screen, so the mining assistant is one of the opt-in features below — off until you switch it on.
Nothing reads your screen
until you turn it on.
The overlay ships with every screen-reading feature switched off. You enable the ones you want, one at a time, and each one tells you what it's doing while it does it.
visibility_offScreen reading is opt-in
Off by default. When on, it only looks while Star Citizen is the focused window — never at your desktop, your browser or anything else.
computerYour data stays local
The collection, your notes, your layouts and your saved loot splits live in a folder on your PC. Syncing them to this site is a choice you make.
policyLog sharing is opt-in and scrubbed
If you choose to share a game log to help fix a bug, your handle, account ID and IP are stripped out and chat is dropped before it ever leaves.
photo_cameraItem photos are a contribution
With it enabled, the overlay photographs the item render at a fabricator kiosk so the catalog here gets a real picture. That's the only thing it ever uploads on its own.
verified_userNo anti-cheat games
It doesn't inject into the game, hook it, or read its memory. It reads a log file the game writes and, if you let it, looks at the screen the same way a screenshot does.
codeSource available
The whole thing is public. If you want to know what it does before you run it, read it.
It changes colour
with the ship you're flying.
Sixteen skins, fifteen of them drawn from a manufacturer's own cockpit — colours sampled from real in-game HUD elements, not guessed. Board a Drake and the overlay goes gunmetal orange with duct tape in the corners; step into an Origin and it picks up contrast stitching.
Every skin is free.Leave the overlay on auto and it matches whatever you're flying, for everyone, always. Pinning one skin so it stays put no matter what you board is the part that's a subscriber perk — that's the only difference.
The other things
you were alt-tabbing for.
forumTwitch chat
Any channel's live chat, rendered in the overlay's own styling — emotes, colours and badges included. No login needed to read.
rss_feedSC Feed ticker
Star Citizen news from SC Feed surfaces as a card when something actually breaks, then gets out of the way.
edit_noteNotepad
Scratch notes you can type into without leaving the game, saved locally.
groupsParty split
Split a haul by SCU rather than by aUEC, price it from the bundled commodity data, and save the split for the day the ore finally sells.
joystickBinding chart
Your own control chart on a hotkey, so you stop guessing which stick does what after a patch.
publicAny web page
A widget that holds whatever site you keep checking — it even tells you in advance which ones refuse to be embedded.
Put it on top of the game.
Free, and it keeps itself up to date. Currently v0.1.34.
shieldWill my antivirus complain?expand_more
It might, and that's expected. Windows may show a “Windows protected your PC” box — click More info → Run anyway. A few antivirus engines flag it too.
Two honest reasons. The installer is not code-signed — a certificate is a yearly cost this project hasn't taken on yet — so Windows has nothing telling it who built the app. And the overlay legitimately does a few things malware also does: it watches for your hotkeys while you're in the game, it can read the screen if you turn that on, and it uploads item images when you opt in to contributing them. Nothing here is hidden — the source is public, so you can read exactly what it does.
What we can give you instead of a certificate is a hash. This is the SHA-512 of the 0.1.34 installer we built:
QDG9TfJSB+U4rF/kqmqOkWOWJ8kCeAQBCGzgbdpBOX7zM492bGStn6A2sIzEEBAv8HyoVkWXcp0dWExPsN1lGw==Check your download matches — paste this into PowerShell:
[Convert]::ToBase64String([Security.Cryptography.SHA512]::Create().ComputeHash([IO.File]::ReadAllBytes("$HOME\Downloads\SC Overlay Setup 0.1.34.exe")))Same string back? It's the file we built, byte for byte.
Still blocked, or your antivirus names a specific threat? Tell me in Discord with the detection name — false positives can be reported to the vendor and cleared, and knowing which engine flags it is what makes that possible.
Already running it? Connect it to your collection or read the changelog.
